I can't beleive that we are here to this point in life with Kadi going off to prom with her freinds. She looked amazing and had a wonderful time.

We have started a project right in the middle of finals for me it was crazy we have taken out the flooing in the front entry way and kitchen and we are going to replace it with tile. The kids have been great as the work crew. The boys knocked out all the tile and Jaimee painted most of the area. The goal to finish is by Kadi's Graduation.

We have been asked by our stake presidency to visit the site that the Gilbert Temple is going to be built, as the construction goes along to document for our family the progress of the build. This was our first visit they have not even yet broken ground but have started the preparation to do so. It was fun to see all families there most in white shirts, I think we will try that next.

First day of school for us this year was kind of emotional. Kadi driving off with Jaimee was a little hard on mom. It is a great year though for us and as I write this we have finished the first quarter. This means Kadi only has 3/4 of a year left and she is graduating. I do like this year we are down to 2 school just High school and Elementary. Live is pretty easy on the driving front as Kadi drives and the boys ride the bus. Jaimee started as a Freshman and loves it. I was so worried she was going to get lost but she is doing great. Jacob is in the last year of Elementary and the big man on campus in the 6th grade. Kolton is in 3rd and I can't believe that he is half way through elementary.

Love a day at the beach we were there in July having a great time with cousins. This is right before Jacob, Camden, and Jordan were going to leave for South Africa. The kids love the beach and really miss it. Glad we have a place to go and stay so that we can see our cousin and all the freinds.

I would like to know what teacher thought of the idea of doing projects. They most likely did not have children that had to do projects. We seem to have had lots of them going on right now, I don't have a picture of Kadi's rocket yet because it is not done yet finishing it tonight we will have to see if the egg survives. I will get a picture and let you know how well it does.

One of our favorite things to do for the christmas season decortate the tree. We love the lights and the glow that they bring to the home. We like to add something every year, and found ribbon that lights up it adds some color to the white tree. Though Kens comments it looks like a candy cane. So now when I look at it, it does look like one. Thanks alot ken.

Kolton has hit the magic number 8. It was in October and he was so excited to start scouts. He was able to attend our wards day camp where he had so much fun. On the same day he finished his last scoccer game where he was an amazing goalie. He loved playing goalie he doesn't like to run around all over the field so to be able to stand and proctect the goal was right up his allie. And then lastly he was baptized on thanksgiving weekend, he was surrounded by cousins and family with all his grandma's and grandpa's here. Sadly we did not get pictures of the family when they were here.
